End of January 2023: Portland, AV jams and Three Body status

It is now 2023 and I have been back in Portland, Oregon, USA for a few weeks! If you didn't know I had been living in France for about a year and a half now, joining my partner while she works on a degree and trying to run Schlappi Engineering from a distance (the office has remained in Vancouver, WA, across the river from Portland OR). I will be in Portland until May, when we travel to Superbooth in Berlin and then stay in France again until September, after which we will be in Portland again for some undefined amount...
2022 Wrap up

Hey All, I just wanted to drop some thoughts about the year and where we are right now. 2022 was a wild one, we FINALLY released the Three Body after years of development. The 240 we were able to make (we had some difficulties with manufacturing that reduced the intended run size) went out the door immediately and we've heard nothing but great things from the people who picked one up. We shipped about a thousand modules overall in 2022, which for a company of three people making niche items in the middle of a parts shortage is pretty cool....

At the end of September, when I was in Portland for the Three Body release we stopped by Tim's house and did an impromptu Three Body demo and general hangout and interview.
